TENANT IMPROVEMENT FOR MEDICAL BUILDING WITH SURGERY. We have been advised by inspector that we have been cleared for Level 4 TCO for east half of building (clinic). The west side (ASC) is expected to be complete end of August. There is a fire wall separating clinic from ASC side and that wall shall remain sealed and the fire inspectors are aware of this and have instructed us on how to close off the ASC side.
