This project needs the okay for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) from a Building, Fire, and Engineering Inspector and the TCO level for the building. Please schedule Building Final. Water Sterilization Report is also needed. Please sign-in to your TDC Online account and submit water report. Once okay is given for TCO and report is submitted and approved please re-request TCO. If you have any questions, please contact cdrc@tucsonaz.gov
The request is for a Level 4 TCO if all work is completed except for the site lighting.
