This project needs the okay for a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) from a Fire and Engineering Inspector and the TCO level for the building. Please schedule Fire Final and Engineering Final. Water Sterilization Report is also required for a Level 2 or higher. Please sign-in to your TDC Online account and submit approved water report and schedule Fire and Engineering Finals. Once okay is given for TCO and report is submitted and satisfied please re-request TCO. If you have any questions, please contact PDSD-Permits@tucsonaz.gov
