Tenant Improvement Project - Interior remodel of an existing commercial stand alone building (currently vacant) to a dog training and grooming facility. Work to include; Exterior enclosed dog play area, new overhead doors, new interior walls. Reconfigure existing men's and women's restrooms. Mechanical systems, electrical systems, and associated interior finished and millwork. There will be no area added to gross building area. Existing plumbing will be replaced and revised. Existing electrical will be brought up to code and revised for new interior areas / uses. The mechanical system be replaced and includes new roof mounted mechanical units, the existing units will be replaced and cuts and fans reconfigured as required.
