BLDG B SEE PERMIT APPLICATION NUMBER TC-COM-0124-00215 - The proposed project consists of 64 units of rental apartments in (4) 2-Story buildingS. The tenants will be served by a single-story community center located on the site, as well as on-site resident amenities such as BBQ and gathering areas, and children’s play areas.
The site will be accessed from a formal entry ON SOUTH BUFKIN DRIVE. Site circulation is comprised of double and single loaded parking aisles, with an even distribution of accessible spaces. Refuse and recycle collection areas are distributed throughout the site for ease of access.
