This project will not receive a TCO/C of O. There is no change of use or an updated code analysis on the plan set. When the project is complete you will receive a Letter of Completion.
Infill half of existing loading dock. Work consists of a new 7'-6" concrete wall with 4' of which is retaining. A new trench drain, and sump pump pit will be installed as well.
