** 09/16/22 - After a site inspection was done 09/13, staff found a survey of and engineered plans are needed for the enclosed garage that has supports integrated with the site perimeter retaining wall. Drainage goes onto adjacent property. These need to be addressed prior to proceeding to a variance.
Referred back to code enforcement for follow up.
Applicant was emailed case WITHDRAWN status.
Applicant also was informed they may apply for reduced setback (DDO process) for prior existing carport that needed a permit as well. The prior carport had a lesser setback than 20' but it was at a distance meeting fire code and all construction / drainage was on site.
