WO# 4489127 Excavate approximately 2'x16' trench to reroute gas service to 5000 E VALENCIA RD. Excavation is located approximately 47'south of eastbound center line on VALENCIA RD to ROW & 110' east of center line on private entrance to Jack in the box on Valencia rd & OFF ramp of I-10. Approximately 16' of excavation will be in the dirt ROW & a 5'x5' bell hole over the gas main located in the same ROW of excavation. Excavation will north ROW in dirt of 5030 E VALENCIA property
*Crews may be working Saturdays from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
** PROOF OF NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING.
** PAVEMENT PATCH TYPE SHALL BE IN CONFORMANCE TO THE CURRENT EDITION OF THE CITY OF TUCSON PUBLIC UTILITY ADMINISTRATIVE MANUAL.
