Excavate Approximately a 5'x5' Trench for a gas service Abandonment to 741 W. Sandy Street. Excavation is located Approximately 27' west of the west ROW of 15th. Avenue and Approximately 12' south of the north ROW of the dedicated COT Alley. The Excavation occurs in the Dirt within the Alley ROW.
*Crews may be working Saturdays from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.
** PROOF OF NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING
PAVEMENT PATCH TYPE SHALL BE IN CONFORMANCE TO THE CURRENT EDITION OF THE CITY OF TUCSON PUBLIC UTILITY ADMINISTRATIVE MANUAL.

Alley must be restored to existing or better condition. Alley surface must be graded and compacted to City Standards and Specifications for Public Improvements and existing drainage patterns must be restored and maintained. Any disturbed gravel must be replaced.
