Adelaide Dr.PROPERTY OWNER: City of Tucson right-of-wayThe applicant is authorized to use a portion of the City of Tucson FEMA AH zone and X-100 zone and City of Tucson Flood Hazard Area (COTFHA) within the unnamed tributaries (including W.A.S.H. Ordinance segment of Mountain Ave Wash Watershed (panel 1689L) specifically described as: a portion Mountain Ave Wash Floodplain, W.A.S.H. Ordinance public watercourse (City right-of-way), within T13S R14E Sec 31,for the purpose, Trench in floodplain. The applicant agrees to comply with City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard, and Watercourse Amenities, Safety and Habitat regulations, and is particularly bound by the conditions stated below. Violation of any of the conditions stated or referred to below, as determined by the City Engineer, shall be grounds for revocation of this permit. Responsibility for renewal of this permit, if necessary, is with the applicant. Issuance of this permit does not constitute a waiver of other requirements contained in the Tucson City Code, Unified Development Code, or any other Federal, State, County, or local regulation. No use other than as permitted herein is allowed. Additional uses allowed under City of Tucson Floodplain and Erosion Hazard Regulations and Watercourse Amenities, Safety, and Habitat regulations require the issuance of an additional Floodplain Use Permit.The following 11 conditions apply to this permit:1)All work shall conform to City of Tucson regulations, this permit and conditions, and plans submitted under the floodplain use permit application. See also associated right-of-way permit T22RW02012 2)Assure construction activity provides vertical and horizontal clearances from all existing utilities including storm drain systems. Contact DTM Engineering Division at (520) 791-3154 for questions.3)This Floodplain Use Permit is specific to area specified in this permit and shall not apply to any other property.4)This Floodplain Use Permit & plans shall be kept in a readily accessible location on construction site at all times.5)Per Department of Transportation & Mobility (DTM) Director, applicant shall notify all buildings/parcels, bounded by a collector or arterial, within a 100-feet of the project extents, of proposed project.6)Temporary stormwater controls are required for any rain events to assure construction pollutants or construction-generated sediment does not enter storm drain systems. Interim sediment and erosion controls shall be used at perimeter of any excavation, trenching, bore holes, bell holes, and / or splice pits, and especially at any existing stormdrain inlets and / or catch basin entrances downstream of project area. For any spills or discharges from construction activity, immediately report to ADEQ 602-771-2330 or (800) 234-5677 and contact City of Tucson Stormwater Management at stormwater@tuconaz.gov or call (520) 791-5100.9)Any additional or future disturbance of the floodplain or erosion hazard setback areas shall have separate floodplain use permit applications submitted to this office for review and approval.10)Extension or renewal of the permit may occur only with Tucson Floodplain Administration's approval. Free extensions may be issued if requested prior to expiration date.11)At finished construction, assure any remaining interim erosion and sediment controls have been removed for the area of project, and all construction material debris has been removed.
