Starting at the southwest corner of E Congress st and S Scott Ave using our existing Cox vault and conduit begin pulling 48ct fiber heading east for aprox. 12" and then south for aprox 125' then east 65' to existing vault, begin bore placing 2-2" conduits, 3' north, turn heading west for 49' west then south for 87', then turn west and continue bore and placing conduit for 18', a 3x3 pothole set a new Cox vault and pull fiber 8' south to tie into existing Communications vault and begin pulling on to private property ** PROOF OF NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING PAVEMENT PATCH TYPE SHALL BE IN CONFORMANCE TO THE CURRENT EDITION OF THE CITY OF TUCSON PUBLIC UTILITY ADMINISTRATIVE MANUAL. UNDER A PAVEMENT MORATORIUM, ANY NEW ASPHALT THAT IS DISTURBED WILL REQUIRE A 2” MILL AND OVERLAY FOR 50’ IN EACH DIRECTION FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE CUT FOR ALL EFFECTED TRAVEL LANES. This project is located in an Archaeological Sensitivity Zone. An Archaeological Monitor hired by the permit applicant is required to be on-site during any digging, unless a waiver is issued.
