From 3240 W Sweetwater Dr, Continuing from PRJ219129-2, place 3800' aerial overlash fiber and coax. Continue heading S on E side of Silverbell on PRJ219129-4. Trench 20' W from existing PS in to Pima ROW. Please see Civil Drawings for Detail. Trench/bore 100' from new pole on E Side of Silverbell to West side. Pot hole existing coax and pull new. Please see Civil drawings for detail. ** PROOF OF NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING. PAVEMENT PATCH TYPE SHALL BE IN CONFORMANCE TO THE CURRENT EDITION OF THE CITY OF TUCSON PUBLIC UTILITY ADMINISTRATIVE MANUAL. UNDER A PAVEMENT MORATORIUM, ANY NEW ASPHALT THAT IS DISTURBED WILL REQUIRE A 2" MILL AND OVERLAY FOR 25’ IN EACH DIRECTION FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE CUT FOR ALL EFFECTED TRAVEL LANES. This project is located in an Archaeological Sensitivity Zone. An Archaeological Monitor hired by the permit applicant is required to be on-site during any digging, unless a waiver is issued.
