Riser Up TEP Pole in alley behind 1250 E Hedrick Dr Head W overlashing Aerial 313' and then N 220' riser down and place 2 Cox Vaults on the corner of 3104 N Santa Rita Ave and tie in. ** PROOF OF NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING. PAVEMENT PATCH TYPE SHALL BE IN CONFORMANCE TO THE CURRENT EDITION OF THE CITY OF TUCSON PUBLIC UTILITY ADMINISTRATIVE MANUAL. UNDER A PAVEMENT MORATORIUM, ANY NEW ASPHALT THAT IS DISTURBED WILL REQUIRE A 2” MILL AND OVERLAY FOR 50’ IN EACH DIRECTION FROM THE OUTSIDE OF THE CUT FOR ALL EFFECTED TRAVEL LANES. Alley must be restored to existing or better condition. Alley surface must be graded and compacted to City Standards and Specifications for Public Improvements and existing drainage patterns must be restored and maintained.
