AFTER THE FACT PERMIT REQUEST
Team Fishel performed emergency work at 6720 S Plumber Ave. Work required a 240' trench to be dug from Ped box to Pole to Pole.. All work occurred with only Team Fishel provided cones and within the shoulder area.
No TCP drawn up, Team Fishel Ground plan only.
** PROOF OF NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING.
PAVEMENT PATCH TYPE SHALL BE IN CONFORMANCE TO THE CURRENT EDITION OF THE CITY OF TUCSON PUBLIC UTILITY ADMINISTRATIVE MANUAL.
Emergency – After the fact permit – a MCP was not provided due to the nature of the work. Any legal questions related to this work shall be directed to Team Fishel to address since DTM did not have an opportunity to review, approve or inspect work.
