Please be assured that the total sign area proposed for the location is within code. The following review comments are for the proper permit record and for the inspections process.
1. General
a. Update the permit application with the correct city business license number for Allen Industries. (Separate number than the Contractor's number. If you need assistance, call 520-791-4566.)
b. Box the change of copy panels and provide total square feet for each and cumulative
c. This location has a FREEWAY SIGN -will there be a change copy on that? Show on app and plans if that is to occur. You may use photos or google street view. Needs dimensions in decimal feet.

2. UDC 7A:10.2. General Business / Sign area by street front / building fronts
a. Please provide the lot line frontage along Congress at 150''
b. Please provide the lot line frontage along I-10 frontage road at 190'
c. Please note the building and drive thru lane frontage is 94 along the east (I-10 frontage) side
d. Please note the building and drive thru lane frontage is 83 along the north (Congress) side

3. NEC / OLC: (several of these notes are for inspections purposes)
a. For each sign A- C, list the volts, amps, and number of circuits
b. For each sign A- C, list a note that states a lock out to be provided at disconnect switch
c. Provide note that "all signs to shut off at midnight or business closure if later" (i.e they may have a drive thru that operates later)
d. Add note how power supply mounted to wall
e. Add note for location of breaker panel (i.e. is it in kitchen / riser room, etc.)
f. Add note for location of timer (i.e. next to breaker panel)
g. Add note that all sign circuits shall be labeled
h. For signs with halo illumination, please label the back face as clear acrylic.

4. IBC:
a. Add note with information on how power supply attached / typical number size of attachments
