ran a new 1/2 inch gas pipe for water heater. Abandoned old 1/2 gas pipe in home and removed all previous gas pipes. Client wants all electric units and request a gas water heater. Client stated he had a gas leak and called south west gas company.. inspected the inside of ther home. No gas leak inside the home found. A gas leak was detected under ground with a gas detector. Advised client to replace all gas pipe to home. also recommended do just use Electric for AC unit and appliances. And stay with the gas water heater.
