Prior owner of home was afraid of gas and had the meter removed. My client just purchased the home and wants to be able to get gas service. They were heating with plug in heater and a swamp cooler. My client would like the gas turned back on so she can utilize a gas pac for heating. I'm going to have my plumber go by and throw it on pressure test just to make sure all is OK. SW Gas said they just need COT to submit the clearance so they can come out and put the meter back in.
