Existing 6' masonry wall had been built without a site permit. It was discovered part of it was built on the easement. Working with Steve Shields (former planning and development) Thomas Kral (city real estate) Fred Felix (city engineer administrator) and Scott Webber (city right of way review) I purchased the land the wall was built on. Gween Dioria with the fire department and Zelin from the Department of mobility the transportation were also consulted and stated the wall did not pose any problems for their departments current and future use of that area. Now that the land is purchased I would like to purchase a retroactive site permit so the wall is legally standing.
