Building 2 - Building 2 currently has twenty-one units with fifty-nine beds and will be reconfigured to have twenty-seven units with fiftyfive beds.
Construction triggers compliance with current parking calculations, which is based on number of bedrooms and would result in a requirement of 52 on-site spaces. The applicant is requesting approval to allow the existing 27 on-site spaces to satisfy the actual parking needs of the development, all as discussed in the application and shown on the submitted plans.
