Permit Description: The applicant is proposing to construct low-income multifamily housing. The applicant is seeking zoning approval necessary to allow the construction with reduced side and rear perimeter yard setbacks. If the DDO is approved, the side and rear perimeter yard setbacks for Building #1 would be reduced from (27'6") to (8'5"11.2') and (17'4"8.5') as measured to the northern endnorth and northeast end of the east lot lines respectively; and ,the rear perimeter yard setback for Building #3 would be reduced and from (27'6") to (11'2"17'-4") as measured to the north east lot line, all as shown on the submitted plans.
