THIS INCLUDES IRRIGATION, PLANTINGS, GROUNDCOVER, AND HARDSCAPE. 3. GOOD HOUSEKEEPING MEASURES SHALL BE PRACTICED DURING WORK AND CONSTRUCTION. 4. MAINTAIN PEDESTRIAN ACCESS 5.
