Description:
Curb cut and excavation of rainwater harvesting basin in right-of-way for above address.
Work on curb and back of curb along north side of E 5th St, east of N Stewart Av.
Excavation and installation of 8'x6'x1' stormwater harvesting basin located between back of curb and sidewalk. 2' curb cut to serve as inlet/outlflow to basin with 45 deg saw cut. Basin walls armored with rip-rap. Hand dig and armor the bottom of the inlet so cover is maintained.
Installation of 2 new accent sub-shrubs (<3') planted around basin periphery, 2 new native bunchgrasses planted in basin, 2" large wood chips for mulch added to basin. Two existing palms present on site in ROW.
