Starting on the S/E corner of W. Grant Rd and N. Dragoon Ave at TEP pole, over lash .144 count fiber going West 355’ North 55’ East 199’ , riser down pole place a 3x3x3 pothole at base of pole for new vault, continue E. over pulling .144 ct fiber through existing conduit 375’, place 3x3x3 pothole for new vault. Continue north trench/ bore 340’ installing .144 ct fiber and 2 x 2" conduits, place 3x3x3 pothole for new vault continue Trench / bore East 60’ placing a 3x3x3 pothole for new vault intercepting existing 4" conduit continue trench / bore 5’ to out of row PROOF OF NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING. BUS STOP IN THE AREA, CONTACT SUN TRAN DISPATCH, AT 520-206-8934 AND/OR BEA PAULUS AT 520-206-8826 AT LEAST 48-BUSINESS HOURS PRIOR TO START OF WORK FOR COORDINATION. NOTE: N Dragoon St is under a pavement moratorium, any new asphalt that is disturbed will require a 2" mill and overlay for 50' in each direction from the outside of the cut for all effected travel lanes.
