Blenman Elm Well Site Improvements | Tucson Water GSI Mini-Grant Program - Administered under contract with Tucson Clean & Beautiful Landscape improvments to existing neighborhood pocket park including excavation for water harvesting, clearing of pathways, planting new native vegetation, and boulders. Installation of one new curb cut with new basin and one new curb cut with inlet to serve plantings behind north of ROW along the north side of E Waverly St. Four existing curb cuts along east side of N Treat Av to serve enlarged basins with existing street trees and newly planted shrubs. Installation of rock check dam near NE corner of site along N Treat Av. All plantings listed on Landscape Plan. Existing purple prickly pear to be removed and excavated site soil to be utilized to form pedestrian path. Sub contractor might be utilized for curb cuts, Jon Choi to verify with Eco Sense prior to permit issuance.
