Tie in to Cox existing plant Overlash.288 ct fiber going east 107 feet riser down pole place a 2’x3’x3’ pothole and new vault, continue T/B South from Vault 310 feet installing 1- 2” conduit and .48 ct fiber then East 110’ place a 2’x3’x3’ pothole and new Cox vault, continue T/B 3’ East place another 2’x3’x3’ pothole and vault . Proof of notification is required at the time of the preconstruction meeting. BUS STOP IN THE AREA, CONTACT SUN TRAN, BEA PAULUS AT 520-206-8826 AND/OR CHRISTINA ROCK AT 520-206-8934 24-HOURS PRIOR TO START OF WORK FOR COORDINATION. PLACE "BUSINESS ACCESS" SIGNS APPROPRIATELY. SEVERAL BUSINESSES ALONG ROUTE. INGRESS/ EGRESS FOR BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL ACCESS SHALL BE MAINTAINED. FIELD ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE REQUIRED. ALL AERIAL WORK MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 16-FT HIGH. AND MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 18-FT HIGH WHEN CROSSING INTERSECTIONS, PAVEMENT AND ALLEYS. REPAIR ALL LANDSCAPING DISTURBED. THIS INCLUDES IRRIGATION, PLANTINGS, GROUNDCOVER, AND HARDSCAPE.
