Place 4'X4' Pothole and tie into new Cox vault. (C) on kelso st E of 14th Ave Tie in and head E 147' overlashing 48ct fiber. Riser down TEP Pole.Begin 30' Trench/bore Heading E and then Head south 55' placing 48ct Fiber. Place 4'x4' pothole and new Cox Vault.
