Head E 356' overlashing 144ct fiber.Riser down TEP pole and begin 60' Trench/bore heading N placing 48ct fiber. Heading E Trench/Bore 60'placing 48ct fiber. Place 4'X4' Pothole and tie into new Cox vault. (C) on kelso st E of 14th Ave Tie in and head E 147' overlashing 48ct fiber. Riser down TEP Pole.Begin 30' Trench/bore Heading E and then Head south 55' placing 48ct Fiber. Place 4'x4' pothole and new Cox Vault. PROOF OF NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING.
