Description:
At base of pole behind 10251 E Placita de Dos Pesos, place two 4x4' pot holes and new Cox Vaults. Head 290' E (bore 90' under houghton) trenching 200' placing 2-2" conduit, and fiber. Head S continue trench/bore 65' relocating conduit and fiber, place 4x4' pot hole to relocate existing vault. Continue trench/bore 312' S relocating conduit and fiber. Place 3x3' pot hole to relocate existing ped. Continue trench/bore 187' heading S relocating conduit, fiber, and coax. Place 3x3' pot hole to relocate existing ped. Head S and continue 819' trench/bore placing 2-2" conduit and fiber, and relocating existing coax. Head W 225' (bore 25' under Houghton rd) trench 200' placing conduit, fiber and coax in to out of ROW. Continue trench/bore heading S 1072' placing 2-2" conduit, fiber, and coax. Head E 90', place 4x4' pot hole and new Cox vault. Tie in at base of pole. PROOF OF NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING. NOTE: Escalante Rd is under a pavement moratorium, any new asphalt that is disturbed will require a 2" mill and overlay for 50’ in each direction from the outside of the cut for all effected travel lanes.
