Team Fishel to work along both NB and SB Rosemont Blvd on Overhead communication lines placing new feeds and removing old feeds. Traffic control will be Flagman Stations set in the area of work based on the side of ROW being worked. As well as an side roads addressed in the field. Proof of notification is required at the time of the preconstruction meeting. INGRESS/ EGRESS FOR BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL ACCESS SHALL BE MAINTAINED. FIELD ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE REQUIRED.[ ALL AERIAL WORK MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 16-FT HIGH. AND MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 18-FT HIGH WHEN CROSSING INTERSECTIONS, PAVEMENT AND ALLEYS. MAINTAIN PEDESTRIAN ACCESS
