Orginal Permit T21RW01377 - From the TEP pole south of 4220 N Oracle Rd, riser down and begin 10' pull through existing conduit,adding .625 coax cable, heading East. Place 3x3 pothole and place new COX ped, continue 39' trench/bore heading East, placing 2-2'' conduits and .625 coax cable. Continue 26' trench/bore heading North to out of ROW.
Proof of notification is required at the time of the preconstruction meeting.
INGRESS/ EGRESS FOR BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL ACCESS SHALL BE MAINTAINED. FIELD ADJUSTMENTS MAY BE REQUIRED.
REPAIR ALL LANDSCAPING DISTURBED. THIS INCLUDES IRRIGATION, PLANTINGS, GROUNDCOVER, AND HARDSCAPE.
TRENCHES/ PITS CANNOT BE LEFT OPEN OVERNIGHT. MUST BE BACKFILLED AND PATCHED OR PLATED.
GOOD HOUSEKEEPING MEASURES SHALL BE PRACTICED DURING WORK AND CONSTRUCTION.
