Part 2: Riser down TEP pole and begin 5' trench/bore heading West , place 2-2'' conduit , place 3x3 pothole and new COX vault, continue 89' trench/bore , place 3x3 pothole and new COX vault. Continuing West 174' trench/bore , place 3x3 pothole and new COX vault, tie in .
Proof of notification is required at the time of the preconstruction meeting.
