LOCATION IS BEHIND CURB AND SIDEWALK IN DIRT AREA.
NO LANES OF TRAFFIC ON CONGRESS ST OR MANNING HOUSE WY WILL BE AFFECTED.
PLACEMENT OF WIND SCREEN FENCING TO PROTECT THE SECTION OF RAILROAD TRACK IN AREA.
This project is located in an Archaeological Sensitivity Zone. An Archaeological Monitor hired by the permit applicant is required to be on-site during any digging, unless a waiver is issued.
