Description:
From TEP Pole N of 2424 E Broadway, riser down pole, place 4x4' pot hole and new Cox vault. Head E and begin 43' asphalt trench/bore placing 2-2" conduit and 48ct fiber. Head N and continue 20' asphalt trench/bore placing 2-2" conduit and 48ct fiber in to out of ROW.
Proof of notification is required at the time of the preconstruction meeting.
Alley must be restored to existing or better condition. Alley surface must be graded and compacted to City Standards and Specifications for Public Improvements and existing drainage patterns must be restored and maintained. Any disturbed gravel must be replaced.
