Description:
Starting on the North side of Congress move Overlash TEP line to new TEP pole. PROOF OF NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING. Contractor shall contact Bea Paulus ((520) 206-8826) with SunTrans 48 hrs prior to starting work. Pedestrian access to the bus stop shall be maintained. Traffic Control setup shall not commence prior to 9:00am and shall be removed prior to 3:30pm. This project is located in a City of Tucson Archaeological Sensitivity Zone. An archaeological monitor hired by the permit applicant is required to be on-site during any digging, unless a waiver is issued. The Arizona State Museum can furnish a list of qualified archaeologists. Please allow up to 30 days for the monitor to obtain a project-specific Arizona Antiquities Act permit before scheduling the work. The existing City of Tucson monitoring and discovery plan for excavation within an Archaeological Sensitivity Zone may be used by the monitor to obtain the permit.
