N.786006- Transfer main cables, aerial service drops,1 pole mounted terminal. Remove ASW. Install ASW, 1 cable tag,1 pole tag,1 cable ground,1 pole mounted terminal. Excavate and expose 1 cu yd of buried facilities. Remove and install 1 BSW terminal, U guards,1 pole mounted terminal, 1 down guy, anchor, and guard. Trench in 20ft of BSW to new pole, 2pr splice. Trench in 40ft of ASW to new pole, 2 pr splice. Pull old poles.
PROOF OF NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF THE PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING.

Alley must be restored to existing or better condition. Alley surface must be graded and compacted to City Standards and Specifications for Public Improvements and existing drainage patterns must be restored and maintained. Any disturbed gravel must be replaced.
