In the alley behind 3244 E 2nd St , begin 549' aerial overlash, adding .625 coax cable heading West. Riser down and begin 12 trench/bore heading West, placing 2-2'' conduit and 288ct fiber. Continue 40' trench/bore heading South. Place 3x3 pothole and install new COX cabinet, continue 5' trench/bore and place new COX cabinet, tie in Alley must be restored to existing or better condition. Alley surface must be graded and compacted to City Standards and Specifications for Public Improvements and existing drainage patterns must be restored and maintained. Any disturbed gravel must be replaced.
