Description:
Starting on the south east corner of 4460 E Old Mill Rd installing fiber bore under Camp Lowell Rd for 135ft, then head east on Camp Lowell installing fiber aerial for 990ft continuing east on Camp Lowell installing fiber from last pole bore for 500ft then crossing Swan Rd install fiber aerial for 140ft, then install fiber bore for 500ft to 4790 E Camp Lowell. The Traffic Control set-up shall not commence prior to 9:00am and shall be removed prior to 3:30 pm each day. All trenches shall be plated over night. Trenches in the roadway shall be plated and top of plate shall match existing pavement elevation. Blue access signs shall be place at ingress / egress for businesses. Pedestrian access to bus stop shall be maintained.
