From the TEP pole West of 5151 E Broadway Blvd. begin 605' aerial overlash , adding 288ct fiber, heading North , continue 649' aerial overlash heading East, continue 207' aerial overlash heading South to out of ROW. Alley must be restored to existing or better condition. Alley surface must be graded and compacted to City Standards and Specifications for Public Improvements and existing drainage patterns must be restored and maintained. Any disturbed gravel must be replaced.
