Continuing from out of ROW,2021 E 14th St, pull through existing conduit, place 2x3 pothole and continue 45' trench/bore placing 1-2'' conduit, placing 48ct fiber, heading West. Riser up TEP pole and begin 237' aerial overlash heading East. Continue 119' aerial overlash heading North. Continue 884' aerial overlash heading West to TEP pole, tie in. Alley must be restored to existing or better condition. Alley surface must be graded and compacted to City Standards and Specifications for Public Improvements and existing drainage patterns must be restored and maintained. Any disturbed gravel must be replaced.
