Elm Street is under a pavement cut moratorium until December 7, 2021 and additional pavement repairs must be performed. A 2" mill and inlay, with PAG mix #2 (406 Asphaltic Concrete replacement specification, dated 12/18/19) will be required for the entire width of the impacted lanes and extend 50' on each side of the trench. Any disturbed pavement striping must be restored in kind.
