UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD NEEDS TO DO EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO THEIR CROSSING ON SOUTH WILMOT RD, JUST SOUTH OF EAST LITTLETOWN RD. DURING ROUTINE REPAIRS PART OF THE TRACK WAS DISTURBED. IF NOT REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY, THE SPEED OF THE ROAD WOULD NEED TO BE REDUCED DOWN TO 10 MPH FOR THE SAFETY OF THE TRAVELING PUBLIC UNTIL THE NEXT AVAILABLE DATE FOR REPAIRS ON 01/26/2021.
EMERGENCY - AFTER THE FACT PERMIT
Contractor shall notify the following no less than 72 hrs. prior to start of work/ road closure:
A) Tucson Police Department
B) Tucson Fire Department
C) City of Tucson Department of Transportation & Mobility Information Officer - Michael Graham (Michael.graham@tucsonaz.gov)
D) Gloria Salmeron City of Tucson Department of Transportation & Mobility - Permits Supervisor Gloria.
