Demo existing exterior stairs/mid-wall/decks and railings on all buildings on property. Construct new exterior stairways (utilizing the same switch back design with intermediate landing). Contractor shall use painted wood framing, columns, landings, 4 X 12 treated stringers, one-piece precast concrete treads and risers (step-stone), composite decking (TREX with proper spacing), pre-finished white aluminum railings that are ADA compliant, and ADA cane railings installed below stairs. Prep, prime and paint all stringers/railings with 2 coats of acrylic paint.
