Southwest gas told us that we failed a pressure test and that there's a leak in the house somewhere. The previous owner or someone before us canceled a water heater or gas dryer (from what our plumber that we hired told us) and we want the permit so that he can diagnose it correctly it and fix the problem so that we can get gas connected and going again. For the record, we have not touched anything related to the gas but SW gas wants us to get a permit.
