Description:

Due to the large amount of vagrancy and crime around my property, I would like to replace my existing 4' chain link fence with a 82" fence height for added security. Many residents in my area have similar height on-street fences and I would feel safer having the same protection. The fence would be constructed of either block or steel with three gates (ref. attached site plan). I would like to proceed with a maximum height of 82” for the fence and gates, with NO arches or extensions above 82”, staying under the 7' height restrictions.
