I took my supervisor Tom Adkins to the site to show him the work. The entire street has wildcat aprons, becuase of the other apron issues on quality, this one will be aloud to remain in place. All partys were notified of the decision. Corbitt Farren who was called to issue a NOV, Permit holder, and NOV Sam with COT. Permit will be closed
