We try to use the address that is being serviced, which in this case is 902 W Valencia, however the other address is where we are actually start. ADDRESS IS AT 843 W VALENCIA RD. Alley must be restored to existing or better condition. Alley surface must be graded and compacted to City Standards and Specifications for Public Improvements and existing drainage patterns must be restored and maintained. Any disturbed gravel must be replaced.
