ALLEY SURFACE MUST BE GRADED AND COMPACTED TO CITY STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND EXISTING DRAINAGE PATTERNS MUST BE RESTORED AND MAINTAINED.ANY DISTURBED GRAVEL MUST BE REPLACED. NOTE: This project is located in an Archaeological Sensitivity Zone. An Archaeological Monitor hired by the permit applicant is required to be on-site during any digging, unless a waiver is issued.
