THIS INCLUDES IRRIGATION, PLANTINGS, GROUNDCOVER, AND HARDSCAPE. REPLACE/ REFRESH ALL STRIPING THAT IS INTERRUPTED BY PATCHES. GOOD HOUSEKEEPING MEASURES SHALL BE PRACTICED DURING WORK AND CONSTRUCTION. MAINTAIN PEDESTRIAN ACCESS.
