Phase II Environmental Site Assessment - Pennington & Toole
EGSD is conducting environmental assessment activities in support of the Ronstadt Redevelopment Project the week of 8/10/2020.
On 8/11/2020, 5 soil samples will be taken (4 shallow and 1 soil/soil gas up to 15 ft bgs) in the Pennington Street and right-of-way. 2
borings will be taken in the street to an approximate depth of 2 ft. The asphalt may need to be sawcut (2x2 ft) in order to take the
samples. Coordinating street closure with Sun Tran. An archaeological monitor will be on-site during all sampling activities.
