From Cox Ped NE of 3380 E Elvira Rd, Head N and begin 80' trench/bore placing 2" conduit and 288ct fiber. Head W and continue 23' trench/bore placing conduit and 288ct fiber. Tie in to ped. Continue S 28' 288ct fiber placing 2" conduit, continue W 286' 288ct fiber placing 2" conduit place 3x3' pot hole and install Cox Ped, continue W 78' 288ct fiber placing 2" conduit, continue N 8' 288ct fiber placing 2" conduit out of ROW
